Welcome to the Stanford
Healthy GOALS Research Study
Helping youth ages 10–15 and their families
build healthy habits together.
How Does it Work?
You and your child will join a 6-month program with weekly group sessions in English or Spanish, receive 1:1 support from a Stanford health coach, and complete brief online activities. Children and parents complete measures before, during, at the end, and again six months later.
Why This Program is Effective
We help families make realistic, lasting changes in eating, physical activity, and screen time.
Family-Based Approach
Children do better when parents participate too. Families work together to build healthier habits.
Evidence-Based Program
Created by Stanford pediatricians, psychologists, nutrition experts, and health educators with success for more than 25 years.
